Whitney tells Eve she arranged an adoption and cannot let anyone learn the baby’s true father. Chad overhears part of the conversation and confronts Whitney, accusing her of being like Eve. Whitney breaks down and says she cannot raise the baby. Sheridan tells Julian that Alistair threatened Marty, and Julian wonders if she is right about Marty’s paternity. Eve tells him Whitney gave up her child and that the father might be Chad. Katherine is horrified by Alistair's plans.<br><br>

Chad lashes out at Whitney for giving up the baby, unaware he is the father. He calls her evil until Ethan steps in. Chad says she is discarding the baby like trash. At Sheridan’s cottage, Beth tries strangling Sheridan but Luis walks in. Beth accuses Sheridan of attacking her, but Sheridan wakes and remembers the clown. Beth celebrates no evidence links her to Sheridans kidnapping. Luis agrees to a DNA test on Marty but fears it may prove Beth’s guilt. Sheridan insists on the test and says the lab tech can collect it without waking Marty. Ethan spots laser alarms at the Crane compound and Theresa disables them with a laser pen. They find a basement window and decide to split up inside after sharing a quick kiss. Fox wakes tied up but distracts Monique to untie himself. After knocking out a guard he escapes and hits Ethan by mistake. They fight past guards but Ethan is held at gunpoint. Gwen plans to return to Harmony but warns she will kill Theresa if she nears baby Ashley. Theresa reunites briefly with Jane before Gwen confronts her.<br><br>

<b>Tuesday, April 12 2005</b><br>
Ethan and Fox fight guards but are captured. Fox distracts a guard and they overpower him after struggling for his gun. Fox asks Ethan which woman he chooses but Ethan delays until they rescue the others. Fox warns the women will demand a choice soon. Gwen thanks Katherine for support and says she does not trust herself near Theresa. Gwen finds Theresa with Jane and demands her daughter. Theresa says Ethan is present and Gwen accuses her of stealing him. Gwen threatens Theresa with scissors and Katherine stops her. Theresa blames Gwen for losing Ethan. Katherine convinces Gwen to drop the scissors. Gwen pins Theresa down after realizing she has nothing to lose. Beth resists DNA testing but Luis insists. At the Bennett house Ivy talks to Sam who says he will come home after dealing with Spike. Ivy tells Sam Jessica is in the living room on her phone. Jessica arranges to meet Spike but refuses to say who she is talking to. Sam rants about Spike’s club allowing drugs and underage girls. He wants to check on Jessica but Ivy says no because Jessica is finally asleep. Jessica wants to go out but Spike forces himself on her in a back room. Luis and Sheridan discuss Beth being the kidnapper. Sheridan is sure but Luis struggles to believe it. Luis notes Beth was pregnant. Beth refuses to give up Marty and plans to kill Sheridan to save Luis from pain. Ethan chooses Gwen over Theresa but promises to spend time with Theresa’s child.<br><br>
